Work Loss Data Institute and Delphi Technology create information series on the return-to-work process

Work Loss Data Institute, a database developer focused on workforce productivity, and Delphi Technology, Inc., a software vendor specializing in the insurance industry and emerging technologies, have collaborated to create an ongoing information series on the return-to-work process. 

The pocket-sized pamphlets will contain information on a variety of subjects from how to communicate with claims adjusters to the employee with behavioral problems.  The first in the series, “Answers to Ten Intriguing Questions about Workers’ Compensation,” was published this month.  Due out next is, “How to Measure Return-to-Work Success,” the second in the series. 

The information series is available free of cost from Work Loss Data Institute and Delphi Technology.  Electronic versions are posted online.
